Our Commitment to Diversity and Equity

The PEL board is comprised of leaders whose personal histories mirror those of the families we serve. With diverse backgrounds as immigrants, first-generation Americans, and parents navigating the education system with English as a second language, our team possesses invaluable first-hand knowledge. Many are fluent in Spanish and have experience working with immigrant students and families in our community. Additionally, several team members have specialized expertise in addressing special education matters and supporting families with students who have disabilities.
